SPONSOR BOOTH APPLICATION

Please complete the application below for a sponsor booth at on of our events. To see booth pricing please see our Sponsorship Packages. Once your application is received, we'll review the information and will provide an invoice for payment. Completing the application does not guarantee your booth space, we must review and approve your application to ensure there are no overlaps with other agreements. Once payment is received, your booth space will be reserved.

Will you be providing food samples? *
If you will be providing food samples please list each type of item being sampled and note whether they are packaged or prepared samples.
Do you need to rent a tent? *
Plain white 10'x10' tents are available for rent at the event if you do not have one available. The rental fee is $50 and includes setup and breakdown. Tents are not required but are highly recommended since most of or events are outdoors. If you select yes and the venue is indoors you will not be charged for a tent.
Do you need a table for your booth?
One 2'x8' table is provided for each sponsor as part of your booth fee. Additional tables may be available upon request. If you need additional tables please indicate how many you will need in the comments section.
Do you need chairs for your booth? *
Two chairs provided for each sponsor as part of your booth fee. Additional chairs may be available upon request. If you need additional chairs please indicate how many you will need in the comments section.
